Submitting the online form creates a booking request. The booking is final only after CleanX contacts the customer and agrees the scope, final price, date and time.
Customers provide accurate contact details, address, area, selected service and any extras. Choosing an available time is a request, not final confirmation, until CleanX reviews it.
If the chosen date falls within the statutory withdrawal period for a distance contract, checking the relevant box clearly asks us to begin the service before that period expires.
The amount shown on the site is an estimate based on the selected service, area and extras. Photos help us assess the work, but the price is not determined by automatic photo analysis alone.
We confirm the final price before the booking is accepted. If the work found on site differs substantially from the information supplied, any change is agreed in advance and the customer may decline the revised price before service begins.
Uploading photos is optional. They are used only to assess the booking, plan the service and review a possible complaint. They are not published and are available only in the protected administrator area.
Do not upload faces, identity documents, banking information, children's photos or unnecessary personal data. You may request deletion through the listed contact channel when retention is no longer needed for the booking or a legal obligation.
To change or cancel a booking, contact CleanX by phone or written message with reasonable notice. Where Georgian law applies, a consumer may have a 14-calendar-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.
If service starts at the customer's express request before that period ends, the amount corresponding to work already completed may be payable. After full performance, the withdrawal right may no longer apply to the extent permitted by law.
The customer provides access at the agreed time, tells us in advance about delicate items, hazardous materials, pets or other important circumstances, and safely stores cash, documents and valuables.
CleanX performs the agreed work with appropriate care. Report a quality concern as soon as it is found, preferably with photos, so it can be assessed quickly. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
